It is with great disappointment that I have to start off with a non-green restaurant post. The food was good, but we had to haul our leftovers home in styrofoam. I keep forgetting to bring my own to-go containers from home when I go out...my bad.

This blog is my attempt to collect a list of eating establishments in my region that give out greener take-home containers or highlight those with greener business practices. Right now, I'm focusing on restaurants in my neck of the woods (Western Washington), but may expand later if there's interest.
