This blog is my attempt to collect a list of eating establishments in my region that give out greener take-home containers or highlight those with greener business practices. Right now, I'm focusing on restaurants in my neck of the woods (Western Washington), but may expand later if there's interest.

Bring your own container! I don't want to discourage people from eating at restaurants that aren't "green"... supporting local businesses is very important. Just check here first to see if you need to bring a take-out container with you.
